"I had a severe damage in one bedroom and a couple of moderate damages in the living room and master bedroom. Since the re-roofing was almost done, I had to find a contractor to fix the ceilings. Got three recommendations from HA and Garcia was the one who responded right away. At first, I was a bit reluctant to hire him, because he is unlicensed and has a few negative feedback, but I decided to give him a chance. His price was reasonable and he started the job very next day. It turned out that he knows what he is doing and completed the job very diligently and professionally. Matching texture and painting were flawless and I cannot even find where the damage was. Great job and thank you!!!"
