Ed came out and fix several plumbing related issues (vanity sink faucet leak, bath tub drain stopper replacement, broken shower head diverter and shower head replacement). He was courteous and promptly highlighted unanticipated issues (I was not at the property at the time). The rate was very reasonable and he provided a breakdown of materials and labor cost. In addition, called him again when the garbage disposal was thought to be broken and Ed came out and quickly identified we just needed to use a wrench to turn the grinder as something was stuck. "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
