"Our house hadn't been painted since 1998, and it showed. Fernando arrived for the estimate and explained the process. He then wrote a very comprehensive quote which he provided through email. He visited us again about 9 day later to discuss house and trim colors. He provided samples of some choices we all had agreed upon, but they weren't right. So, he let us use his discount to buy a few more. After we chose what was right for our house the paint job was scheduled. There were a typically 2 professionals that came each day over the course of a week. Angel was there every day with his partner Javeth. These two guys worked very hard and and systematically completed a quality exterior paint job. It made a dramatic difference. "OMG, this is hands down the best contractor team you will ever have the pleasure of working for you should you decide to use them. They can do any type of work you need. We had them pull old carpet, put in hardwood floors, paint, put in crown molding. Paint the outside of the house, fix the garage before painting, fix the back door and front door, so they are airtight, fix the white picket fence, move the mailbox and re-post it, put in a ceiling fan, install electrical lines, paint the porch, fix some cabinets, put in a beam on the porch, and so on as part of some remodeling. I could not possibly have had all this work done if they had not been extremely reasonable. I love the guys on this team. I trust every single one of them and Rolando has a better personality than any contractor I have ever worked with. Not only that he is honest and trustworthy. He does not ask for anything up front. Their work speaks for itself. All I can say is that I hate even posting this because I do not want them so busy I cannot get them to come back to my house. Honestly, these are the guys you want."

"The Gutierrez brothers did a great job painting all nine of our exterior French doors inside and out, a large bedroom with many windows and we threw in a bathroom at the last minute. They got everything done under time and on budget. Their price was well under the other bid we received, almost too good to be true, but it wasnâ t! Not only was their work great, they kept everything clean and were so quiet, you could barely tell they were there. They communicated promptly and asked all the right questions to clarify the job both when quoting and doing the work. Not only were they professional but they were personable.
